Welcome to the link to ACNM Benchmarking Site. ACNM requests practice information for approximately six weeks every year, ending on April 15. Click on the ACNM Benchmarking link (http://www.midwife.org/benchmarking.cfm) to be transferred to that site. You will need to log in to ACNM member services to access the benchmarking entry area. To log in to ACNM Member Services you will need your ACNM member number and password (the first four letters of your last name and your member ID or number). This site will allow you to submit your practice data. The mandatory information is listed below so you can have it available once you have gone to the site.

Six (6) of the survey items are mandatory for all participants:

Question #1 – Total number of vaginal births

Question #9 – Number of primary Cesarean sections

Question #10 – Number of elective repeat Cesarean sections

Question # 40 – Number of CNM/CM FTEs (full time equivalents).

Question # 51 – Practice Name and Address

Question #52 – Contact person, email address, and phone number
